Hey everyone,
One area I think might deserve attention in the Unit 0 ecosystem is interoperability. As more projects launch within Unit 0 - whether on native chains, app-specific rollups, or connected tools - the question of how they interact becomes increasingly important. Interoperability isn’t just about bridges or cross-chain swaps; it’s about enabling seamless communication, shared user identities, and unified liquidity across different layers and protocols.
It would be interesting to explore what’s already being built within Unit 0 that supports interoperability, and what’s still missing. Are there projects working on shared messaging layers? Are any teams experimenting with generalized cross-chain contracts or trust-minimized asset transfers? Could we eventually see shared governance modules across multiple Unit 0 chains?
Also, what standards or infrastructure would help developers build for interoperability by default? It would be great to hear if there are any best practices or in-progress tools that make it easier to connect projects without relying on centralized intermediaries.
As the ecosystem grows, the ability for projects to interoperate securely and efficiently could become a major advantage for Unit 0. If you’re building or thinking about building something in this space, I’d love to hear what you’re working on or what’s needed to move forward.
